四、消費者權益與課程退費政策Consumer Rights & Refund Policy

1. 線上課程 Online Courses
開始觀看、下載後恕不退費。
Full refund available within 7 days if the course has not been accessed. No refund if accessed or after 7 days.

2. 實體活動 In-person Courses/Events
課程前七日取消，酌收30%退款；課程前五日取消，酌收50%退款；課程開始五日內、當日未出席不予退費，可轉讓一次名額。因不可抗力取消者可全額退費或改期。
Cancellations made 7 days before the course will incur a 30% handling fee; cancellations made 5 days before the course will incur a 50% handling fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the course start date or for no-shows on the event day; however, one-time transfer of the registration is allowed. Full refunds or rescheduling will be provided in the event of cancellation due to force majeure.

3. 退費申請 Refund Requests
請於客服信箱 [email protected] 來信，說明購買資訊與退費理由，審核後於7-10工作日內處理完畢。
Email your refund request with purchase info and reason. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.
